Context: You have selected a handful of candidates for a new position: how will you identify the best fit ?

Objective: To evaluate social and managerial skills; to make sure the candidate’s personality will match the position's various demands.

Approach: We offer half-days of assessment made up of exercises, structured interviews, tests and role playing. This approach is meant to pragmatically evaluate the skills needed for the position.

We place the candidate in situations as similar as possible to the real conditions he would be facing in that position.

These situations follow a systematic process which brings to light the personality, assets and shortcomings of each candidate.

At the outcome of each assessment, we provide a personality profile along with our recommendations.
